Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM QA Lead/Manager with a strong background in both functional and technical aspects of Workday, particularly in the areas of Data Migration and Integrations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering quality assurance leadership within large-scale Workday HCM implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA efforts for Workday HCM implementations, focusing on HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Develop, manage, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of data migration and system integrations.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams to define quality strategies and test best practices.
- Oversee defect tracking and resolution
- Ensure traceability of requirements through test planning and
- Guide and mentor QA analysts and testers, providing leadership throughout the testing

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in HR technology domains, including HR, Benefits, and
- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Workday HCM QA, specifically around Data Migration and Integrations.
- Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM
- Experience leading QA teams in agile and waterfall
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications (HCM Core, Integration, Reporting, ).
- Experience working with global teams and remote delivery
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
