Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce our cutting-edge SaaS products and services.
- Identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations and engage them in insightful discussions.
- Assess leads against predefined criteria to gauge their compatibility with our offerings.
- Apprise prospects on the unique value proposition of our SaaS solutions and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Facilitate the scheduling of appointments and product demonstrations for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and activities through our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective cold calling strategies and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- A solid background of 2-3 years in cold calling and lead generation, within the IT industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to swiftly establish rapport with prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively convey the value proposition of our SaaS products and services.
- Driven by targets, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to evolving business landscapes.
