Job Description

  • We are on the lookout for a dynamic Tele Caller to bolster our US sales team in Bangalore
  • Engaging in impactful phone conversations and possess excellent communication skills, we want you to join us
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of generating business opportunities through cold calling

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate cold calls to targeted prospects
  • Identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations and engage them in insightful discussions.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of appointments and product demonstrations for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective cold calling strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • Skilled & working exposure in sales & marketing with 1 – 2 years’ experience in cold calling and lead generation, within the IT industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to swiftly establish rapport with prospects.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to evolving business landscapes.
  • Flexible working in US Shifts only
