About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee our OMS (Order Management System) work as we transition our team to a more formal Agile methodology with strong background in full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the OMS projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and aligned with Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the Web team, providing guidance and support as we implement Agile practices.
- Leverage your full-stack development experience to understand and address technical challenges and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and methodologies to enhance team performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with a solid understanding of both front-end and back[1]end technologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
