Hybrid / Remote: Nearby Client Development Centre office in India
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Automation experience using ServiceNow and 3rd party systems.
- Experience in ITOM Discovery and development of customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery.
- Experience in setting up integration with ServiceNow CMDB. Highly preferable to have hands-on experience in either one of the below integrations with Monitoring tools.
- Comfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration
- Sound knowledge in CMDB and IT operation management
- Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources ServiceNow data mapping.
- Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships, and dependencies.
- Certified in Discovery or Event management will be preferred
