Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead the hardware asset data and Lifecycle program and assessment of current landscape, Suggest roadmap and improvements, Gap analysis
- Lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing hardware data and business processes and design of new asset model and data requirements.
- Lead hardware data clean up, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and that data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible data or process owners
- Leads the development and reporting of ITAM KPIs helping highlight continuous improvement
- Expertise in Data clean-up, Data Analysis activities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product improvements requirements and use cases.

- ServiceNow Business Analysis
- ServiceNow ITAM – hardware asset mgmt.
- ServiceNow IT Operations Management
- ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Work Requirements
- 9+ years of ServiceNow experience. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM must
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Discovery, and Contracts modules
- Proven skills in data processing, analysis, and quality management tools
- ServiceNow Certification/s must
