Job Description

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD product
  • Well versed with HRSD concepts of CoEs, HR Services, Case Management, Employee Center
  • Implementation and Customer interaction experience on case management, knowledge management, HR services, Life cycle events, portal, Reporting & Dashboard
  • Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
  • Handling change and deployments for HR scope
  • Hands on integration experience including uni directional and bi directional.
  • Automation experience using ServiceNow and 3rd party systems.

Requirement

  • HRSD Certified candidate will be preferred
  • Strong Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
