Job Description
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD product
- Well versed with HRSD concepts of CoEs, HR Services, Case Management, Employee Center
- Implementation and Customer interaction experience on case management, knowledge management, HR services, Life cycle events, portal, Reporting & Dashboard
- Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
- Handling change and deployments for HR scope
- Hands on integration experience including uni directional and bi directional.
- Automation experience using ServiceNow and 3rd party systems.
Requirement
- HRSD Certified candidate will be preferred
- Strong Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
- Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
