- Hands on experience on ServiceNow Policy & Compliance, Risk management, Audit management, Operational resilience, Vendor Risk management, Business continuity management modules
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL.
- Understanding Scrum Methodology.
- Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration
