Job Summary

• 4 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in HVAC or AC Chillers or any other domain as well.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core financial functions including accounts receivable, MIS & reporting, audit compliance, inventory & costing, budget variance analysis, and cash flow statements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable

• Monitor and manage outstanding customer balances.
• Ensure timely invoices, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Periodically analyze the ageing of receivables and prepare recovery plans.

2. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support decision-making with detailed financial analysis and dashboards.
• Present key financial insights to the management for strategic planning.

3. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.

4. Costing & Inventory Management

• Maintain cost sheets for products and monitor cost deviations.
• Analyze production cost drivers and provide insights to control costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, valuations, and ensure proper accounting of RM/WIP/FG.

5. Budgeting & Variance Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Track actuals vs budget and perform variance analysis.
• Recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

6. Cash Flow Management

• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements on a regular basis.
• Ensure optimum utilization of working capital.
• Support treasury functions including bank reconciliations and fund flow management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Good in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: B. Com + CA Inter / ICWA (CMA) / MFA or equivalent financial qualification.
