  • Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Sales, Salesforce, Technical knowledge, Application management, Sales technology
  • Minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Hands on experience in EXCEL
  • Strong Articulative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS 365
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasing and persuasive by nature.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • This role is work from office, Microsoft Teams and Client calling.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Provide technical demonstrations, presentations, and support to potential and existing clients.
  • Address and resolve technical queries and issues related to the product.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the creation of technical proposals, quotes, and bids

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations based on client objectives and challenges.
  • Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and sales progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
