Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Provide technical demonstrations, presentations, and support to potential and existing clients.
- Address and resolve technical queries and issues related to the product.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals, quotes, and bids
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations based on client objectives and challenges.
- Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
