Job Description
- The Oracle EPM Hyperion Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion applications.
- We are looking for 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Hyperion and a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Hyperion applications, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Hyperion Essbase.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hyperion applications and provide end-user support and training.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and system functionality.
- Monitor and manage user access, security, and data integrity within the Hyperion environment.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Hyperion, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Hyperion integration tools and data management.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
