Marketing Manager Brand Design

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in core marketing function, in highly competitive consumer facing businesses/ categories.

Qualification

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing (Preferred premier B school), with a potential to be groomed into bigger roles – need to offer progression. Candidates from B&C (Asian Paints or Pidilite) & White Goods will be preferred.

KRA

  • Design differentiated GTM plan & ensure efficient rollout by collaborating with the Zonal brand building team to deliver our CVP.
  • Proactively engage target audience and influencers to understand their evolving need and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with BPD team build BPD annual marketing initiative calendar to drive penetration led growth.
  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders – legal, procurement, vendors, channel partners to drive marketing initiatives at speed.
  • Drive multiple agency partners (creative agency, packaging design agency, digital agency) to get high quality marketing content/ collateral etc. as per timeline. Engage frequently & proactively.
  • As a brand custodian, ensure consistency in branding & messaging pan India – that reflects the stature as a leader brand.
  • Track competitive activity to inform the GTM strategy & design plans to maximize market impact.

Mandatory skill set

Creative agency management, Consumer research & insights, Project management (communication & pack design) with both internal and external stakeholders, GTM strategy design & execution, Driving penetration in underpenetrated categories/ Category creation.
