Job Description

  • We are looking for a Jira Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as Jira Software and Service Management
  • Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
  • Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes
  • Creating and managing custom fields
  • Add on management particularly with Elements Connect
  • Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports
  • Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
  • Creating reports using API; Managing alerts through API
  • Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
  • Ingesting, Scanning of asset input; Automation and Data Hygiene
  • Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
  • Creating Automation Workflow for alerting
  • Managing Escalation workflows; General Hygiene and updates
  • General OLE Linux administration; Managing Disk and volume space; Mounting Volumes
  • Task\Scripting automation; Managing Permissions and access; Installing and updating packages
  • Candidates who can communicate in English Required
