Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as Jira Software and Service Management
- Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
- Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes
- Creating and managing custom fields
- Add on management particularly with Elements Connect
- Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports
- Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
- Creating reports using API; Managing alerts through API
- Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
- Ingesting, Scanning of asset input; Automation and Data Hygiene
- Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
- Creating Automation Workflow for alerting
- Managing Escalation workflows; General Hygiene and updates
- General OLE Linux administration; Managing Disk and volume space; Mounting Volumes
- Task\Scripting automation; Managing Permissions and access; Installing and updating packages
- Candidates who can communicate in English Required
