  • Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
  • Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes
  • Creating and managing custom fields
  • Add on management particularly with Elements Connect
  • Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports

 

  • Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
  • Creating reports using API
  • Managing alerts through API

 

  • Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
  • Ingesting, scanning of asset input
  • Automation and Data Hygiene

 

  • Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
  • Creating automation workflow for alerting
  • Managing escalation workflows
  • General hygiene and updates secondary Skills

 

  • General OLE Linux administration
  • Managing Disk and volume space
  • Mounting Volumes
  • Task\Scripting automation
  • Managing Permissions and access
  • Installing and updating package
