Key Responsibilities
- Tele calling & Lead Engagement: Initiate calls to prospects, understand their needs, and pitch solutions effectively.
- Data Mining & CRM Hygiene: Research and compile prospective databases; maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
- Email Campaign Execution: Use bulk emailing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Send-in-blue) to run targeted outreach campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in basic SEO, social media promotions, and lead nurturing activities.
- Design Collateral: Create engaging visuals using Canva for emails, presentations, and social media.
- AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools for content generation, lead scoring, and productivity enhancement.
- Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with field sales for demo scheduling, documentation, and timely reporting.
- Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain daily activity logs, share weekly reports, and ensure timely client responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Tamil/Malay proficiency is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive outreach ability
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Proficiency in Canva and AI-based productivity tools
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with multitasking
- Prior experience in EdTech or SaaS presales is an advantage
