Required Skills
- Looking for HR Generalist cum Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience
- Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA – HR/Finance
Accounts & Finance (60%):
- Handle vendor payments, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Maintain strong coordination with banks and auditor offices.
- Manage invoice creation, GST and TDS payment details, and reconciliation of staff claims/incentives, etc.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update all statutory documents of the company.
- Proficient in Tally for managing daily accounting operations.
HR & Admin (40%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, training, sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle payroll processing and pay slip generation with precision.
- Maintain attendance and leave data on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and issue confirmation, promotion, and pay revision letters.
- Review and manage probation confirmations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and festival celebrations.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and creatives using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Ability to handle day-to-day admin
Skills & Tools
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva & Proficiency /knowledge of AI Tools like ChatGPT. Co-pilot, Gemini.ai, etc.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial and HR processes.
