Job Responsibilities
- Looking for 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and cloud systems.
- Support users with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Follow cybersecurity best practices and maintain strong security controls.
- Monitor for security threats and respond to any incidents.
- Keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and service contracts.
- Work with vendors for purchasing and technical support.
- Ensure all IT activities follow company policies and legal standards.
- Create and update system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
