Roles & Responsibilities
EV Power Liaison:
- Collaborate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) to secure reliable EV Power supply for charging stations.
- Identify and engage contractors capable of obtaining EV Power within the designated territory.
- Understand the rules and regulations of each territory & DISCOM and make sure that the power is landed as per the expected costs
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams.
Billing and Reimbursement:
- Oversee the generation, timely payment, and reimbursement of electricity bills with various stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate billing and adherence to financial agreements.
Single Point of Contact:
- Serve as the central point of contact for local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Collaborate with the central team to ensure that SOPs and best practices are consistently followed across all stakeholders
Location Scouting and Feasibility:
- Identify potential locations for e^pump installation within cost targets, considering rent, fixed demand charges, and CAPEX.
Ownership and Franchise Models:
- Understand and evaluate various ownership and franchise models for e^pump stations, and engage with potential stakeholders for network financing and sales.
Legal Compliance:
- Maintain and manage local legal agreements and documents, ensuring they align with SOPs established by the central team.
Local Charge Point Operator Partnerships:
- Collaborate with local Charge Point Operators to establish charging stations in the assigned territories.
About the Candidate
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in sales and operations within industries associated with electricity, such as Electric Vehicles, Solar, Parking Management, or Battery Storage, is highly desirable.
