Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients in the US market, introduce the company’s products/services, and set up appointments for sales presentations.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, and other marketing activities.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist in sales presentations, follow-ups, and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to help shape sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Freshers with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Sales Passion: Strong interest in Sales and Marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in the night shift (US Shift timings) and adjust to a dynamic work environment.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related platforms.
