Key Responsibilities
- Drive company adoption across schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu
- Understand client needs and position Company as a tailored solution
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build long-term relationships with institutional leaders and channel partners
- Provide market insights to refine product positioning and outreach
- Collaborate with presales, tech, and support teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance
Required Skills & Traits
- Looking for 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Marketing (B2B preferred) with an MBA or equivalent
- Strong field sales experience in SaaS/IT products
- Deep understanding of the local TN education ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel extensively across districts
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Fluency in English and Tamil
