Business Development Executive – Field Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
  • Visit educational institutions, pitch product solutions, and schedule demos
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, demos, and closures
  • Build good rapport with school heads, administrators, and decision-makers
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and tech teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain daily activity reports and share timely updates with leadership
  • Represent company at local events, expos, and networking forums

Required Skills & Traits

  • Looking for 1 to 2 years’ experience
  • MBA in marketing / Business / EdTech
  • Experience in Field Based business development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for EdTech and field marketing
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or IT products
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse markets
  • Fluency in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
