Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Tele Sales Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing & sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be willing to work in the US time zone
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services and generating interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and effective communication.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Marketing: Market the product. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our products/services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
- Follow Ups: Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure a positive sales experience and customer satisfaction
- Documentation: Accurately maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven tele sales experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Time Zone: To work in the US time zone.
- Gender Preferred: Male candidates preferred.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to sales.
- Technology Skills: Knowledge in CRM software and other sales-related tools would be plus
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in products, procedures, and market conditions.
