Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product planning, execution & management role
- Qualified as BE/ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Domain expert in cooling solutions for various process critical applications.
- Responsible for Product planning & execution which Includes Managing the product range throughout the life cycle.
- Defining Product vision & road map, requirement gathering, prioritizing product & customer requirement & work closely with Internal stake holders to deliver winning products.
- Leading new product development from Conceptualization to Release with cross functional team.
- Leading Strategic project from RFQ stage to execution & handover.
- Training Internal & external teams for new products being released.
- Preparing Competition analysis, Establish Pricing strategy, Data analysis to enable strategic product goals, develop sales tools to meet Revenue & profitability target.
- Standardizing products & components to improve operational efficiency.
- Initiate & lead value engineering ideas to improve product efficiency.
- Identify areas to reduce cost & leading with cross functional team.
- Looking for candidates from Cooling towers, HVAC, Chillers background
