Sales Business Development Executive

 

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience, specifically targeting the US market and the domestic, to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of international sales strategies, good communication skills, and the ability to forge new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients from the Domestic & US market through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online tools. Build and nurture a pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Acquisition: Qualify leads and converts them into customers by effectively communicating our solutions and value propositions. Ensure a seamless transition from lead to closed deal.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos, showcasing our offerings tailored to the domestic & US market
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with domestic & US clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer teams to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Market Adaptation: Stay informed about the domestic & US business culture and market trends to tailor strategies effectively and stay competitive in a diverse and dynamic market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically targeting the US & domestic market.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Hands-on experience in handling US-based clients.
  • Ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage client relationships.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Working with US time zones, including late evenings or early mornings for client meetings.
  • Previous experience working with US clients or handling US-based accounts would be preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS, IT services, or B2B solutions is an advantage.
  • Experience with email marketing, content tools, or outreach platforms would be appreciated.
