You’ll be working with the sourcing and fulfilment team.
This team runs on delivery schedules, lead time and coffee (with suppliers of course). The team has an infectious passion for building deep and engaging relationships with our supplier partners to manufacture innovative products and components.
What you will do
In this role, you will work on fulfilment of components, working closely with supplier partners, engineering, product and operations teams to deliver Enabled Electric Vehicles with 15-minute rapid charging to the market.
Responsibilities
- Own deliveries of supplier components by sharing scheduled and ensure timely delivery of parts for production
- Prepare MIS report on stock bottleneck for builds, stock issued to R&D and internal purposes, Stock damaged at production line
- Lead reconciliation activities between fulfilment, finance & Stores for GRN, Purchase orders and invoices
- Visit vendor and reconcile inventory with respect to child parts sent by company
- Negotiate time lines with Vendors
- Update arrival dates to internal team to smoothen clearance of parts for production
The ideal candidate requires
- Relevant experience in fulfilment and sourcing area – up to 3 years’ experience
- Data management skills – ability to derive clarity and communicate with various stakeholders
- Diligent in approach with an eye for detail
