Description
- You’ll be working with the business and operations team from multiple locations.
- This is an on-field position at locations – Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and Delhi.
- This team has an infectious passion to build operations from the ground up and ensure customers have a seamless experience.
- They help bring alive the proposition of Enabled Rapid Charging so that our customers benefit from 15-minute rapid charging at all times.
What you will do
- You will ensure the smooth running of ground operations and help the customers have a seamless, hassle-free experience, picking up the right use cases, training the drivers, and demos to relationship management, you will play a critical role in the team.
Operations Management & Customer Support
- Ability to spot opportunities in deployment
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the operation
- Preparation of customer operations and conducting comprehensive training for the drivers
- Must have excellent customer service & relationship management skills with business partners across the value chain – from driver community to hub managers.
- Maintaining Relationships with Customers & Dealerships
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with our customers and dealership partners.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Resolving Basic Service Issues
- Addressing and resolving basic service issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate requires
- Relevant experience in similar operations and engineering background is an added bonus
- Structured problem-solving, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude
- Past experience in operations and customer support
- Market knowledge (EVs, Charging station deployment, Logistics)
- Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS Excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively.
